I address Healthcare from a "wholeness" perspective. I have been studying and practicing alternative practical healthcare modalities in the areas of Mind, Body, Relationship, and Environment for more than 20 years. All 4 areas must be operating at 100% most of the time to accomplish "Wholeness" and that sense of Well Being.

A Healthy Life is a Balanced Life in ALL areas. 

Rock Balancing

Your body is your home. Your nervous system is the wiring in your home, and the electromagnetic system or energy source is the electricity or communication in your home. All three systems have to be functioning at 100% so you can have a “live functioning home”, right? 

What causes the electromagnetic system in are bodies to slow down as we "mature" is STRESS. Stress from broken bones, surgeries, not enough water or nutrition, occupation, married or single, children. And the list goes on and on.

With all the choices we have at our disposal, it can seem like Physics, Chemistry, Trigonometry and Geometry rolled up into one. And they are all good. But which one is right for you and your lifestyle? That's where I can help.

Let me take a moment to explain the simple differences between Traditional and Alternative Healthcare.

Traditional Medicine Treats the "symptoms" of an illness or trauma. You fall down and break your wrist, you go to the ER or Orthopedic Doctor and they cast it and tell you come back in 6 weeks. Right? Or you've been feeling "poorly", You go to a Doc in the Box or your Regular Physician for a prescription to feel better. Yes? So, the wrist heals in the 6 weeks and they remove the cast. Or you take the prescription or other prescribed instructions and when your done with meds you should be well. Right? The human body heals itself. Sometimes we need the symptoms managed until our own healing power can manifest. How you treat your body when you are well will directly influence how your immune system responds when you become ill.

Alternative Medicine Uses "whole" food, supplements and body or (energy) work to relieve stress and promote healing.  It is designed to be used as preventative solutions but also is about curing the illness.

Traditional medicine and Alternative Healthcare work together. Meds manage the symptoms along with supplements to support the healing process.

Thank God for both or we'd all be dead. Seriously!

WHOLE FOODS is one key element to a long healthy life.
Our bodies are only designed to process "real WHOLE foods". Everything else is toxins and parasites. It is very stressful to our bodies when we bombard it with processed foods and beverages, which are low in nutrition, and then wonder why we feel tired, eat more and gain weight. Without the proper fuel to keep our machine (body) running at full capacity, it will slow down and eventually stop. It takes years to happen and no one is exempt. Now let’s talk about stress…

NIH (National Institutes of Health in DC) released a press release that states 95% of all illness and disease are stress related. Nothing is mentioned about Accidents. However, stress can cause accidents because of emotional or mental stress, but the study was only about illness and disease.
 
Stress is a symptom, not a condition. And the fastest way we collect it is NOT breathing deep enough on a regular basis. Most of the human race is in a low grade "Fight or Flight" attitude all the time. Especially with the 2020 pandemic going on. Fear causes many upsets, both internal and external. When this happens, we hold our breath. Some more than others. We weren't taught that ALL the information we need to function at 100% is carried into our body with our breath. What happens to a machine if it doesn't get all the information it needs to function correctly over long periods of time? It begins to shut down. That's what is happening to most people, we don't realize how important it is to breathe. AND IT'S FREE!!!
